Vegetal nose, partly candied citrus fruit, pomaceous and stone fruit, earthy and mineral notes, light nutty notes, hint of mushrooms. Ripe, very juicy, slightly off-dry fruit on the palate, lively acidity, sugar candy and vegetal notes, light tannic touch, tart earthy and mineral notes, hint of carbon dioxide, some grip and depth, salty notes, still youthgul, some bite on a very good firm, juicy finish.

Fest gewirkt im Mund, teils kandierte, teils getrocknete Frucht mit herben pflanzlichen Noten und erdiger Mineralik, präsente Säure, hat Schmelz und Kraft, gute Nachhaltigkeit, leicht rustikale Stilistik, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.
