Reife, teils eingemacht wirkende Frucht, vegetabile und erdige Noten, leicht nussig, überwiegend mürbes Tannin, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, ein wenig antrocknend am Gaumen, speckige Nuancen im Hintergrund, etwas Salz, kräuterige Anklänge, zart gewürzig, sehr guter Abgang.
