Tart, fairly firm nose, herbs and spices and some yellow fruit, hint of tobacco, peppery traces, dried flowers, prominent mineral notes, hint of sugar candy. Firm, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, fairly cool, herbaceous, dried floral and light peppery notes, persistent, lively acidity, has bite and grip, some depth, still largely undeveloped, fairly complex, hint of tobacco, prominent mineral notes, tart and juicy on a very good grippy finish. A pleasure to drink.
