Tart nose, quite elegant, vegetal, herbaceous and light floral notes, restrained yellow fruit, peppery traces, earthy and mineral notes. Clear, polished, elegant, juicy frujit on the palate, herbaceous and floral notes, some white pepper, very elegant, fairly lively acidity, light tannic touch, hint of red berries in the background, touch of almonds, light salty mineral notes, good to very good finish. A pleasure to drink.
