Tart vegetal notes on the nose, light earthy and mineral notes, restrained yellow and green fruit. Clear, polished, cool fruit on the palate, fresh, spicy vegetal notes, some bell peppers, light peppery notes, hint of dark berries, lively acidity, light grip, fairly persistent, still has delicate yeasty traces, mineral notes, good to very good, firm finish.
