Nutty and distinctly yeasty aroma of ripe pome fruit with a hint of butter. Ripe, quite juicy, not quite dry fruit with nutty and again clearly yeasty aromas, quite fine mousseux, good substance and persistence, hinted woody tones, again a touch of butter, has grip, some depth, mineral tones, very good, firm, juicy and spicy finish
