The estate is located in the municipality of Eichberg-Trautenburg (Leutschach) in the Austrian wine-growing region südsteiermark
, A guest house is connected. The business has been run by Daniel Jaunegg since 2002 and is supported by his parents Johann and Johanna. In 2004 a new winery was put into operation close to the parent's parent house. The vineyards cover eight hectares of vineyards in the Knily and Schlossberg locations. They are planted with the white varieties Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Gelber Muskateller, as well as with the red varieties Zweigelt and Blauer Wildbacher. The wines are produced in the "Classic" (Styrian style - fresh, fruity, dry) and "Lagen" (terroir-accented wines) lines with long aging on the lees. Only in special vintages are there wines with the designation "Muri" from the best harvest of a year. Depending on the type of wine, it is aged in steel tanks, in large wooden barrels or in barriques. Certain wines are also in magnums
bottled. Fine brandies are also produced.
