Translate to English Herbe, erdige, speckige und vegetabile Nase nach säuerlichen gemischten Beeren und Roter Bete. Relativ dunkle, etwas säuerliche Frucht, kalte Asche, erdige und vegetabile Noten, feinsandiges, ein wenig trocknendes Tannin, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, nicht allzu tief, Spuren von Wacholder und Schokolade im Hintergrund, wieder auch Speck und dazu Ruß, guter Abgang.
