Fairly shy nose, brown caramel, partly dried and caramelised stone fruit, crust of white bread and green ferns, undergrowth and mineral notes. ASppealaing on the palate, delicately creamy and sweet, elegant vegetal and mineral notes, caramelised yellow fruit and some berries, integrated acidity, quite charming, still lively, shows its origin in spite of the high sugar levels, hint of citrus and mineral notes on a very good long finish.
