As a result, there were another four generations with exactly this name, so that the company is still run by a Johann Peter Reinert in the fifth generation. The vineyards cover 4.2 hectares of vineyards in individual locations Kupp (Ayl), Steinberger and Urbelt (felting), Dull Gardens (hedgehog), Altenberg and Sonnenberg (Kanzem), Ritterpfad (Wawern), and Braunfels Monastery mountain Schlangengraben and Schlossberg (Wiltingen). They are something with the white wines Riesling (75%), Pinot Blanc, Müller-Thurgau and something special Elbling (Dull Gardens) and the red wine variety Regent planted. Consistently natural, environmentally friendly viticulture is practiced. Between the 2.60 meter wide rows of vines loosening and fertilizing wild herbs thrive beneficials like that ladybug attract. The use of chemical spray agents is reduced to a minimum. After gentle pressing, a cool and slow fermentation takes place, which is favored by a source flowing through the cellar. The wines are sorted by type and location in stainless steel tanks. Bottling takes place in May, with each bottle being checked for any cork pieces in the wine. Bottle-fermented sparkling wines are also produced. The winery is a member of Bernkasteler Ring,
