Translate to English Kühle und herbe, leicht oxidative Nase nach teils kandierten Zitrusfrüchten und angetrocknetem Kernobst mit deutlich pflanzlichen und leicht hefigen Aromen, einer Spur Kandis, floralen Nuancen und recht deutlicher Mineralik. Ruhige, ganz trockene Frucht mit nussigen und hefigen Aromen, ein wenig Kandis, vegetabile Töne, sehr feine, ruhige Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, noch erstaunlich frisch, zart holzig wirkend im Hintergrund, erdige Mineralik, ein Hauch Karamell, gewisse Wärme, harmonisch, sehr guter Abgang mit tabakigen Nuancen. Wirkt fast zeitlos.
