Translate to English Gereifte, brotige und an braunen Kandis erinnernde Nase mit Tönen von karamellisiertem Kernobst und Unterholz. Am Gaumen vollständig trocken, zart bitterliche, weiche, eingemachte und getrocknete Apfel-Melonenfrucht mit Noten von Feigen und Johannisbrot, leicht gewürzig, feine Mineralik im Hintergrund, eingebundene Säure, hat viel Substanz, ist dabei nicht schwer, merkliche Reife, aber keine Firne, sehr guter Abgang. Individuelle Art, hervorgerufen durch die Botrytis und den Boden.
