Cool, fine, bright yellow-fruity nose with vegetal aromas reminiscent of celery, some citrus peel, herbs and mineral notes. Clear, taut and juicy, again cool fruit, lively acidity and a hint of sweetness, herbal notes, citrus peel and fine grip, persistent on the palate, very mineral, delicate melting, red berry traces, still has tension, good depth, very good, taut finish. As convincing in this bottle as it was in its youth.

Editor note: Translate to English Deutlich gemüsige, einen Hauch kohlige Nase mit verhaltenen, sehr hellen gelbfruchtigen Aromen, ein wenig Zitruszesten und mineralischen Anklängen. Klare, saftige Frucht, sehr feine Säure und beinahe frisch wirkende vegetabile Töne, nachhaltig am Gaumen, relativ leichtfüßiger Typ, eine Spur Himbeeren im Hintergrund, gewisse Mineralik, sehr guter Abgang. Nicht mehr in absoluter Topform, aber noch immer sehr gut.

Editor note: Translate to English Fester, getrocknet-kräuteriger und ziemlich mineralischer Duft mit feinen gelbfruchtigen Aromen, einem Hauch Pfeffer und nussigen Spuren. Reife, relativ schmelzige Frucht mit viel mineralischer und kräuteriger Würze, sehr feine Säure, dicht und nachhaltig am Gaumen, etwas Wärme, gewisse Tiefe, noch jung, kompakter Bau, vielschichtig, sehr guter bis langer, eher herber Nachhall, wieder mit etwas Wärme, Schmelz, nussigen Tönen und deutlicher Mineralik.
