Translate to English Kühler, etwas reduktiver, geschliffener, zart nussiger und speckiger Duft mit sehr verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Aromen, getrocknet-floralen und pfeffrigen Spuren, Rukkola, Zitronenverbene sowie deutlicher Mineralik. Kühle, geschliffene und feinsaftige Frucht, leicht süßlich, etwas nussig-hefig und eine Spur floral, sehr feine Säure, gute Nachhaltigkeit, eleganter Stil, zart floral und dunkelbeerig im Hintergrund, viel Biss, herb-pflanzliche Aromen, ein wenig frisches Olivenöl, gewisser Schmelz, sehr guter, wieder zart süßlicher Abgang mit heller Mineralik, Griff und reichlich Zug.
