2000 Weißburgunder trocken Fass 12, Pfalz, Germany

Cool nose with herbs and spices, apples and citrus, firm mienral notes. Clean juicy fruit, spicy and mienral notes, not totally dry, very harmonious, lively acidity, fairly creamy on the palate, mienral notes and spice in the background, very persistent, excellent balance, elegant juicy and mineral notes on a long finish.
