2001 Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Pfalz, Germany

Clear Sauvignon nose with citrus fruit, some cassis and gooseberries and stinging nettles, herbs and spices. Elegant juicy fruit with piquant acidity, some more herbs and spices, playful style, delicate mineral notes in the background, not totally dry, pleasant to drink, fruity and herbaceous notes on the finish.
