Firm nose with tart mineral notes, peaches and apples, delicate notes of dried herbs. Fruity with tart spicy notes on the palate, quite a soft style, extremely elegant acidity, quite creamy, mineral foundation, currently appears to be rather closed, slightly rough tannins and bitter notes, quite good depth and substance, slightly tart on a good finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2008+. What our ratings mean
