2005 Weißburgunder Spätlese trocken, Pfalz, Germany

Apples and melon on a fairly cool nose, mineral and vegetal notes. Clear fruit on the palate, light vegetal notes, still slightly restless, very elegant acidity and mineral notes, delicate yeasty traces, very slightly rough on the finish.
