Translate to English Herber Zitrusduft mit pflanzlichen und etwas hefigen Noten sowie etwas grünem Apfel. Apfel- und Zitrusfruchtig auch im Mund, leicht rau und hefig, nicht ganz trocken, lebendige Säure, mineralische Spuren, noch immer leicht spürbarer Schwefel, ordentlicher bis guter, süßlicher Abgang.

Im Mund eingemachte, geschliffene Steinobst- und Apfelfrucht, sehr dezente Süße, ein klein wenig CO2, passende, mittelkräftige Säure, hat gewisse Substanz und mineralische Anklänge, zeigt Herkunft, etwas rustikal, ordentlicher bis guter Abgang.
