The winery, also known as "Grabengritsch", is located in the municipality of Vießling Spitz on the Danube in the Lower Austrian wine-growing region Wachau, On Winery is connected. The wines are used in the traditional way in combination with modern cellar technology with the aim of long shelf life by application of Slow Food methods produced in grape and wine production. On techniques such as osmosis, Dehydration or artificial aroma treatment, as well as the use of wood chips or sugar is, however, basically dispensed with. Every year around 30,000 bottles of wine are produced. The product range also includes Frizzante, bottle-fermented sparkling wine and brandies. The winery is a member of the vintners' association Vinea Wachau Nobilis Districtus as well as the association Marivini (apricot and wine).
