2017 Wachau Ried Setzberg Riesling Smaragd® trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Hint of onions and very light lactic and volatile notes on the nose, vegetal notes, yellow fruit, hint of ginger, floral, nutty and earthy traces. Ripe, sweet, creamy fruit on the palate, yellow spice, vegetal aromas, hint of caramel, more very light lactic and volatile notes, fairly lively acidity, light tannic touch, good substance and persistence, full body, noticeable high alcohol, some sugar candy, light nutty notes, good to very good sweetish finish.
