Translate to English Klarer und geschliffener, überraschend kühler, kräuterig-vegetabiler Duft mit Kernobst- und Zitrusaromen, etwas Pfeffer, Zucchini und deutlicher Mineralik. Reife, ziemlich saftige, geschliffene Frucht, hefige und kräuterige Aromen, etwas Kandis, noch sehr jung, recht lebendige, feine Säure, gute Nachhaltigkeit, süßlicher Schmelz, aber auch Griff, im Hintergrund wieder recht deutliche Mineralik, gelbe Würze, etwas Biss, sehr guter, saftiger, süßlicher und würziger Abgang. Muss reifen.
