Mature nose, honeydew melon and pomaceous fruit, elderberries, nutty and light vegetal notes, cool herbaceous and mineral notes. Tart spicy notes and juicy on the palate, nutty notes, fairly prominent acidity, mineral notes, persistent, creamy but also has a light acid bite, full-bodied, good depth and persistence, quite a long finish.

Editor note: Firm mineral nose, spicy vegetal notes, honeydew melon, some citrus fruit and gooseberries, some elderberry notes. Elegantly juicy, crystal-clear fruit, spicy vegetal notes, more gooseberries and citrus fruit, strongly reminiscent of a Sauvignon Blanc, mineral notes on the palate, persistent, very well balanced, good long finish.
