Clear, quite fresh pome fruit scent with fine vegetal, floral and mineral notes. Firm, very juicy fruit with lively acidity and sweetish melting, some grip, fine, lively acidity, persistent on the palate, a hint of candy, dense and persistent on the palate, lots of life, good depth, in the background mineral, floral and red berry nuances A hint of tobacco, buttery traces, very good to long, again quite juicy finish.
