Translate to English Fester, mineralischer und leicht kräuteriger Duft nach Pfirsichen, reifen Äpfeln und einer Spur Cassis. Sehr klar, dicht und saftig, süße Frucht mit eleganter Säure, etwas Gerbstoff, festes mineralisches Rückgrat, nachhaltig am Gaumen, leichte Honignoten, deutliche Kohlensäure, sehr gute Struktur und Tiefe, wieder auch Cassis im langen Abgang.
