Schlank und geradlinig im Mund, geschliffene Frucht mit sehr feiner, aber präsenter Säure, hefige und süßlich-kräuterige Aromen, im Hintergrund Mineralik, gute Nachhaltigkeit, trotz der zarten Süße eher kühler Stil, guter Abgang.
