Editor note: Polished nose, still slightly yeasty, light herbaceous and vegetal notes, citrus and stone fruit, some green apple, mineral traces. Polished sweet fruit on the palate, lively acidity, prominent yeasty aromas, light earthy and mineral notes in the background, still slightly muted, good substance, fairly firm structure, persistent, some bite, very good juicy, minerally finish. Needs time to mature.
