Fairly firm yeasty nose, light dried vegetal and herbaceous notes, partly candied yellow fruit, delicate waxy traces, prominent mineral notes. Polished, elegant, juicy, slightly off-dry fruit on the palate, fairly prominent acidity, yeasty notes, prominent tart vegetal and herbaceous aromas, persistent, firm bite, tart miner al notes, fairly firm structure, clear contours, very good grippy finish.
