Editor note: Tart nose, slightly yeasty, vegetal and herbaceous notes, some yellow spice, citrus fruit, hint of mushrooms, mineral traces, touch of mustard seed. Restrained bone-dry fruit on the palate, vegetal and herbaceous notes, salty mineral and light earthy notes, stil slightly yeasty, white pepper in the background, lively acidity, light grip, floral traces, hint of bacon, becomes more juicy with aeration, very good firm, tart, vegetal and mineral finish.
