Translate to English Noch verschlossen wirkende, hefige, deutlich kräuterige, nussige und leicht vegetabile Nase mit verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Aromen, angedeutet Speck, weißem Pfeffer und erdiger Mineralik. Straffe, saftige, völlig trockene Frucht, deutlich hefige Aromen, frische vegetabile Anklänge, etwas Olivenöl, Estragon, sehr feine, dabei straffe, lebendige Säure, nachhaltig und griffig am Gaumen, noch kaum entwickelt, gewisse Tiefe, salzige Mineralik, sehr guter, straffer, saftiger Abgang.
