Recht saftig im Mund, dicht und kräftig, wieder kräuterige Würze, feiner Säurebiss, integriertes, leicht röstiges Holz, salzig wirkende Mineralität im Hintergrund, nachhaltig, relativ feste Struktur, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter Abgang.
