Translate to English Kompottige Nase nach eingemachten dunklen Beeren und etwas Zwetschgen mit viel Holz, Schokolade, etwas Tabak und gewürzigen sowie malzigen Tönen. Sehr reife, wieder kompottige, weiche Frucht mit deutlichen, etwas schokoloadigen Holzaromen, leicht gewürzig am Gaumen, überwiegend mürbes Tannin, viel Schmelz und wärmender Alkohol, sehr weiche, etwas überreife Art, kompottige Frucht und nussiges Holz auch im Abgang.

Editor note: Fairly cool nose with blackcurrants and smoky, spicy oak. Very clean and juicy in the mouth, dark, roasted, spicy oak, some dark chocolate and smoky notes, quite fine, slightly prominent tannins, full-bodied and quite creamy, persistent on the palate, very good substance and depth, black berries, plums and roasted oak on a long finish.
