2016 Würzburg Abtsleite Traminer trocken VDP.Erste Lage, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Light nutty and vegetal notes on the nose, partly dried flowers, lychee and some citrus zests, hint of tobacco, touch of yellow spice, tart mineral notes. Firm fruit on the palate, smoky, spicy and dried vegetal aromas, moderate acidity, ripe tannins provide grip, quite concentrated and persistent, full body, some depth, hint of tobacco, nutty notes in the background, very good, firm, gripping, spicy, tart, juicy finish.
