Elegant, spicy nose, citrus fruit, stone fruit and some pomaceous fruit, hint of melon, delicate peppery notes and herbaceous traces. Clear, straightforward style, elegant fruit on the palate, herbs and spices, mineral notes, elegant, lively acidity, touch of carbon dioxide, good persistence, mineral backbone, has substance, very good finish.
