Fairly shy, youthful nose, preserved pomaceous fruit, earthy and vegetal notes. Fairly closed again on the palate, firm pomaceous fruit and must apples, very light volatile notes, fairly prominent but integrated acidity, has some substance and shows its origins, fairly uncomplicated partner with food, has some body, light earthy notes on an attractive finish.
