Pomaceous fruit and citrus on the nose, spicy vegetal notes, light peppery and earthy traces. Clear, straightforward, dry fruit on the palate, delicately juicy, herbaceous with light peppery traces, elegant, lively acidity, more earthy traces, slightly persistent, quite a refreshing style, grippy on an attractive to good finish.
