Delicate vegetal notes, reminiscent of root vegetables and some pod fruits with herbaceous and peppery aromas, reserved yellow fruit, some old wood, cigar box and earthy notes. Ripe, slightly melon fruit with vegetal notes, very fine acidity, peppery and herbaceous nuances, persistent, fairly powerful, slightly sweetish and fairly creamy on the palate, light tannic touch, some warmth, good to very good finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Zart nussiger, auch erdiger und leicht angetrocknet-pflanzlicher bis tabakiger Duft mit kühlen gelbfruchtigen und deutlich mineralischen Aromen. Recht saftige, dabei herbe Frucht mit etwas süßlichem Schmelz und merklichem Säurebiss, kräuterig-pflanzliche Aromen, noch eine Spur Hefe, gute Nachhaltigkeit, zart sandiger Gerbstoff, ein Hauch Kandis, im Hintergrund recht deutliche Mineralik, ganz leicht phenolisch und rau, sehr guter Abgang.
