Tart, deep nose, dried vegetal and yeasty notes, prominent earthy and mineral notes, pomaceous and some citrus fruit, touch of root vegetables, hint of tobacco. Straightforward, fairly tart and juicy fruit on the palate, some yellow spice and tobacco, hint of oak, elegant, lively acidity, herbaceous aromas, persistent, floral traces, light yeasty notes, still largely undeveloped, prominent mineral notes, becomes even more complex and vibrant with aeration, has some depth, quite an elegant style, clear contours, very good long finish.
