Firm, cool, tart nose, deep with dried vegetal and herbaceous notes, yellow fruit,, prominent earthy and mineral notes, hint of white pepper. Firm, juicy fruit on the palate, vegetal notes, herbs and spices, nutty traces and some peppery notes, earthy and mineral notes, very elegant acidity, ripe tannins provide some grip, persistent with good substance, delicately sweetish and creamy, some depth, hint of red berries, some yellow spices, sweetish and creamy on a very good finish. Needs some time to mature.
