Firm, deep nose, light dried floral, vegetal and herbaceous notes.pomaceous and stone fruit aromas,, nutty traces, earthy and mineral notes. Very firm, tart fruit on the palate, still slightly muted, nutty and light yeasty n otes, touch of yellow spice, promient mineral notes, peppery traces, and a hinht of dried herbs, very good substance and persistence, still young, deep and complex, gripping style, more mineral hotes on a very good, firm, tart, juicy, grippy finish.
