Editor note: Firm, fairly deep nose, herbaceous notes, touch of yellow spice, yellow fruit aromas, light dried floral notes, prominent mineral notes. Firm, juicy, tart yellow fruit on the palate, yeastym herbaceous and light spicy aromas, very elegant acidity, light grip, concentrated and persistent, deep and complex, full-bodied, fairly prominent chalky and salty mineral notes, hint of dark berries in the background, prominent mineral notes, tart herbs and light peppery notes on a very good, firm, juicy finish.
Best to drink: Mid-2020-2027+
