Straffe, süßlich-saftige Frucht mit lebendiger Säure und Kohlensäure, etwas getrocknet-pflanzlich bis kräuterig am Gaumen, ein Hauch dunkler Beeren und welk-florale Aromen, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, erdige Noten, leicht deckender Gerbstoff, guter Abgang.
