The white wines, which have been vinified in burgundy style, are partly matured in 350-liter oak barrels and partly in stainless steel tanks in order to achieve a balance between fruit and wood. The tranches will be equalized afterwards. The red wines mature at least 15 months in barriques. The wines are produced in the three lines base wines (secondary label), normal wines and "SJ" (selection Johner).
