Prominent vegetal notes on the nose, citrus, pomaceous and some apple fruit, hint of cabbage and some pulses, earthy and mineral notes. Firm, juicy, slightly off-dry fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal aromas, fairly prominent acidity, slightly sandy tannins, good substance and persistence, earthy and mineral notes, light bitter touch, some white pepper in the background, light grip, medium body, floral traces, hint of dark berries, very good finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Kandiert-zitronige Nase mit Kräuteraromen, etwas Steinobst, floralen Spuren, einem Hauch dunkler Beeren und recht deutlicher Mineralik. Griffig im Mund, pflanzlich-würzig, fruchtig, erdig-mineralisch und mit etwas sandigem Gerbstoff, lebendige Säure, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, nicht ewig tief, aber sehr gut gemacht, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.
