Saftig im Mund und zart holzig-würzig, klare, geschliffene, trockene Frucht mit feiner, lebendiger Säure, leicht vegetabil im Hintergrund, eine Spur Gerbstoff, gewisse Mineralik, recht fester Bau, etwas Alkoholwärme, sehr guter, herber Abgang.
