Cool, fairly firm nose, light peppery and dried herbaceous notes, hint of tobacco, mixed berries and cherries, mineral traces. Clear, cool, firm, polished fruit on the palate, noticeable acid bite, fairly prominent fine youthful tannins, persistent, elegant spice, peppery traces and a hint of cocoa, salty notes in the background, hint of citrus, quite complex, still undeveloped, very good finish.
