Fairly firm, juicy, tart fruit on the palate, smoky oak, herbs, root vegetables and earthy notes, prominent nutty notes, fairly prominent, slightly sandy tannins, leathery notes, good persistence, malted traces in the background, salty mineral notes, some beet root, noticeable grip and bite, very good tart finish.
