Green vegetal notes on the nose, still slightly sharp, restrained citrussy green and yellow fruit, earthy and mineral traces. Slightly off-dry fruit on the palate, some sugar candy, prominent vegetal aromas, light yeasty and earthy notes, noticeable salty mineral notes, lively, fairly firm acidity, tannins still slightly astringent, metallic traces in the background, floral traces, still lsightly rough and astringent on a very good juicy, very salty finish.
