Cool, slightly yeasty nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, yellow fruit, earthy and light floral notes. Sweetish, partly preserved and candied fruit on the palate, some sugar candy, buttery traces, hint of roasted onions, integrated acidity, slightly astringent tannins, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, some substance, fairly soft style with slightly flowing contours, vegetal, herbaceous, floral and mineral notes on a very good, fairly juicy, delicately sweetish finish.
