Nutty nose, prominent yeasty notes, light spicy and dried vegetal notes, light medicinal touch, restrained yellow fruit, peppery traces, hint of dark berries, light mineral notes. Slightly creamy fruit on the palate, more juicy with aeration, lively, elegant acidity, earthy, salty mineral and peppery notes, yeasty notes and some yeast extract, prominent soup greens, hint of sugar candy in the background, tannins still slightly astringent, but with aeration provides backbone, light grip, delicate sweet note, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, bitter traces on a very good finish.
